Disappointing value. This hotel is overpriced, and the quality doesn’t match the high price at all.
The half-board option is a waste of money. Breakfast and dinner have very little variety, and the food quality is far below what you’d expect for the price. Even basic soft drinks like Coca-Cola and Seven-Up aren’t included unless you’re on full board/all-inclusive (which wasn’t available to book). We were even told mugs were “for the bar only.” If you arrive near the end of buffet hours, they don’t refill basic items like sugar.
The management is very poor and the hotel is clearly understaffed. On check-in day, both the room safe and baby crib were broken. It took around 7 visits and multiple failed attempts to fix them, and the crib wasn’t properly fixed until our third night because no one seemed to know how or who should fix it.

Housekeeping said we had to request shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel every day. Having to ask daily for basic toiletries is ridiculous. There are no phones in the rooms, and the free Wi-Fi is very slow.
Our booking experience was also confusing. We were told by email the hotel was fully booked, yet Booking.com showed plenty of available rooms and we booked instantly. full board wasn’t available, even though many guests were clearly on full-board packages.
The beach is beautiful, the sea is calm, and the rooms are clean. Unfortunately, that’s not enough to make up for the poor management, poor value, and disappointing food. I wouldn’t return.

Low-profile hotel. Very noisy hotel, with mostly local guests. The cleanliness was below expectations, and the food was almost entirely local, with very limited European options. Overall, it is a very very very low-profile hotel and not what I would expect from an international resort. I would not recommend it if you are looking for a relaxing vacation or a higher standard of service.

Safir has a very cheerful, hospital and smiling staff who respond to requests very quickly. House keeping are doing their best to support and act quickly with problems. Restaurant Staff is working very fast and organized to maintain the place in a good shape, clean and organized. In my opinion, this is more important than number of stars or having a Luxury place cause this is what really counts when you seek relaxation and calm environment.
