The service is terrible. The engineers give appointments and are days late. Unfortunately, there’s no credibility. When you contact the owner’s son, he tells you, “This is how we do things,” and he listens to the staff as if we’re going to get the service for free.
Finally, don’t trust an employee named Hossam because he gives false information that will cost you money.
