Save your money, don’t go there! I wish I could give them zero stars! They don’t know what they’re doing! The equipment is broken! They use Vaseline for massages, which is hard to wash off and probably one of the least effective substances for massage. I was freezing in a cold steam room because there was no steam! I was promised a replacement, but no one cared!

I don’t recommend this place to anyone. It wasn’t a good experience and not worth the money at all. The manager promised a refund and never did.

I paid 1,500 Egyptian pounds for the service but didn’t receive it due to a technical issue, and I didn’t get a refund. My experience at this place was terrible, so I decided to share it after the manager promised to fix it, but nothing has been done. ☹️
