I had an appointment at 11 AM for gel manicure, gel pedicure, face & eyebrows with Nancy. I already started 30 minutes late because my appointment was overlapped with another client.

Then during the pedicure, the gel color was applied all over the skin around my toes and looked extremely messy and unprofessional. When I asked for it to be removed and redone properly, I was told When I pointed it out, instead of fixing it properly or apologizing, I was told that it was “my foot’s problem,” which was honestly shocking and very disrespectful to hear from a professional. Also I was told that I had to wait another full hour because another client was scheduled — again overlapping during my already booked appointment time.

I ended up leaving without finishing the service, yet I was still charged for the unfinished pedicure. After discussing the issue, I came back and waited again because there was supposedly another client I “should respect,” while my own appointment and time were clearly not respected at all.

From 11 AM until 5:30 PM, the entire experience was stressful, exhausting, and handled with zero apology or effort to properly fix the situation. Never again!!

Excellent service, very very professional and friendly staff, and a clean place. ❤️❤️
