Worst service ever from this branch. Purchased new fridge and they didn’t give me the full details on what need to be done exactly. They charged me for the transportation and they didn’t mentioned that I need to contact another number to get it fixed by a technician. Got the item delivered and have to wait for additional 2x days to get the technician to come and fix it. They could simply inform me in advance so I can plan to have the technician visit on the same day. When I called for assistance they said we can’t help with anything and you need to deal separately with the call center.
