I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it was truly exceptional. The staff were outstanding; every single person, from management to the receptionists, chefs, and other team members, exceeded my expectations. I was truly impressed. A special thank you to Fares, Shams, and the entire team for their outstanding service. If you’re planning to explore the area, be sure to ask the receptionist for recommendations—Nour was incredibly helpful in guiding me to some remarkable sights. I highly recommend this hotel and will undoubtedly return.

A nice local hotel in Giza with friendly and professional staff. View of the pyramids from the rooftop restaurant. Rooms were spacious and clean. Within walking distance to the new Grand Egyptian Museum and close enough to a local neighbourhood. The only downside was the wifi signal which was really weak and something should be done about it.
The restaurant serves great food at a reasonable price. Egyptian lentil soup, chicken breast and beef stroganoff all didn’t disappoint. The buffet breakfast for EGP 300 provided a good spread of food too.
Overall a pleasant stay.

The hotel is located in quite a good spot, not very far from the pyramids and the new grand meuseum. The view from the restaurant rooftop allows you to see the pyramids. It’s also not in a very noisy or busy spot. The staff are always friendly and always willing to help. The rooms were great, building clean and new. Our tea and coffee station was replenish every morning, along with 2 bottles of water after the rooms were cleaned. So overall really good, safe and good pricing.
The only thing that I would say I wasn’t happy with was the shower. There’s just a glass screen, shower floor is same level as bathroom floor, which allows allot of water to fall everywhere.
The aircon was also brand new but for some reason never got warm.
The other thing was I wish there was more hot food items to eat at breakfast time, and the items at breakfast like the cakes, pastries, juice flavors and cereal changed. We also could only have tea, coffee or juice. Your cuppichinos and hot chocolate we were told to pay for.
The view from the room window isn’t great a highway and someone’s back yard.

We stayed at Saray Pyramids & Museum View Hotel for about three nights this December while visiting Cairo, and we really enjoyed our stay.
The room was very cozy and comfortable, and all the facilities were fantastic. We were lucky to have a beautiful room with a breathtaking view of the Giza Pyramids, which truly made the experience unique and unforgettable.
The breakfast was enjoyable and well prepared, and the staff were outstanding throughout our stay. They were attentive, supportive, and always available whenever we needed anything. Every staff member maintained a lovely smile and were always ready to guide us, offer help, or answer questions, which made us feel very welcome and relaxed.
The hotel is perfectly located, being in close proximity to both the Giza Pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum, making sightseeing very convenient.
Overall, it was a great experience, and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cairo.

We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel, for a reasonable price. Everyone working at the hotel was very kind, from the reception to those in the terrace which had an spectacular view! The room was spacious, and clean. The only reason I’m not giving it a 5 is because it didn’t have a window. The price of the food in the terrace is very reasonable and they have plenty of options.
