No privacy for women, men are wondering with trays in the ladies areas, then said ” sorry” as i was really upset
Not suitable for oriental or veiled woman..
Massage lady iman was very skilful, but did not mind the details, like heating the bed, she said not working and when i insisted it worked
Oil is not pre warmed, but it turned to be my fault as i did not inform reception!
No lovely smell in the room
Spa looks relatively clean
Give napkins and slippers freely
But i will not go again as men moving freely in a woman spa is not convenient

I had a great experience at Saray Spa, the staff were very friendly and the spa itself is absolutely beautiful and clean. Su was my masseuse, and she was amazing and very professional.
Zainab, Mustafa, and Saif were very welcome, kind, and make me feel so relaxed and stress free. My appt was 2 pm I left the spa at 6 pm because I enjoyed a very relaxing time after my massage and scrub treatment. I highly recommend it!

Extremely good and clean spa located within the Cairo Marriott hotel. We visited for massages and facials for my better half and it was great. It was busy with so many bookings so we didn’t get to go on a couples massage, however we decided to get massages on different days. The pricing is a bit higher than expected but this might be tourist pricing fit for visitors to the hotel. The service was great with experts at work there.

This was the worst hotel spa I’ve ever been to. This was not relaxing or comfortable. I am only giving 2 stars because it was a clean space. I booked a 60 min massage and 60 min facial. To start, the prices online when you book do not reflect what they charge you (significantly more). The staff was not prepared for my booking even though I made the appointment in advance. The room wasn’t ready and they spent 10 minutes getting supplies together. I was freezing the whole time (cold hands, cold oil, cold bed) and I don’t think the technician was a masseuse — she somehow avoided every muscle during the massage. The facial was a “custom” facial, but there was no conversation on my skincare or needs. I almost walked out on this multiple times. The procedure was just one face mask after the other, that was rubbed off with a rough washcloth. Between was just her randomly applying pressure and tugging at my skin. My face was burning in the first 20 minutes and I had to tell her to stop. I would’ve paid just as much to never have had this experience.
