My experience at Saudi German Hospital was extremely disappointing and one of the worst healthcare experiences I have ever had.
The hospital appears to have serious administrative problems. I faced unnecessary delays and poor coordination, and no one seemed willing to take responsibility. When I requested a correction to my medical prescription, my request was refused without a reasonable explanation, which caused unnecessary inconvenience.
The customer service was also very disappointing. Staff members were unhelpful, and when I tried to file a complaint, I received no real support or assistance. I felt that my concerns were ignored instead of being addressed professionally.
My consultation with Dr. Alaa El-Din Sayed Mohamed was also disappointing. In my personal experience, I felt rushed, my concerns were not listened to carefully, and I did not receive the level of attention or communication I expected from a healthcare professional.
Throughout my visit, I was left with the strong impression that the hospital’s main priority was generating as much revenue as possible rather than focusing on patient care and satisfaction. That was genuinely how my experience felt.
Overall, I left the hospital feeling frustrated, ignored, and with very little confidence in the quality of care and administration. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this hospital, and I sincerely hope they improve their patient care, complaint handling, and administrative processes.

Doctor Reham Abdelaziz took very good care of us. However, the nurses and receptionists were very irresponsible. They were not professional at all. They were very rude and disrespectful. It felt more like a circus than a hospital. I was not satisfied with the service. I would not choose this hospital again. The service quality was 0.

I called since my friend is in emergency and alone. I want to know where she is and if she got admitted already. Gave her my friends phone number and the person who answered do not speak English and transferred me to someone who speaks English. And Rawan answered, I keep on explaining that I need to know if my friend is admitted already since I cant reach her and she keeps on saying nonsense things. YOU SHOULD REPLACE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH PEOPLE WHO UNDERSTAND ENGLISH NOT ONLY ARABIC SINCE YOU ARE A INTERNATIONAL HOSPITAL.

Very competent and well organised Hospital in Cairo. The service can be compared to any Swiss Hospital. I had a stroke during our holiday and they took excellent care of my health. All staff are extremely competent and very friendly. Even my wives could accompany me during visit. Thanks again for this positive experience.
The Hospital has also some nice shops, a pharmacy and a cafeteria near the entrance.

Best hospital in Cairo, Egypt. I’ve been to most, if not all hospitals in the city, especially the big private names, and by far this is the best one. The staff, nurses, and doctors are very professional and polite. They make sure you’re taken care of. The clinics’ system is very organised, and the wait time isn’t very long. The hospital is super clean, and spacious. It has a warm and calm interior, very well designed, which is rarely found. Even the patients’ rooms are great with a big window for good sun exposure. You can truly feel that their “caring like family slogan” is true to word, while their team is dedicated to ensure this quality is maintained.
