Absolutely shocking experience and easily the worst haircut service my dad has ever received. He was charged 7,000 egp for a haircut and pedicure that was not even done properly. very little care, skill, or effort was put into the haircut and they barely even cut the hair.
What made the experience even worse was the constant pushing of extra treatments and products without his consent. he repeatedly told them not to put different creams and products in my hair, yet they continued anyway and completely ignored what he asked for. They began using heated tools on his hair after he said no time and time again. They also carried out and charged him for additional services he never agreed to or did.
To make matters worse, they even claimed they had waxed his ears and performed other treatments that either never happened at all or were not properly done. Being charged for services you did not ask for or never received is completely unacceptable.
This place operates in a dishonest and highly unprofessional manner. We left feeling scammed, overcharged, and angry. Save your money and avoid this place entirely. If I could give it 0 stars I would

This is hands down the best place I’ve ever gone to for a haircut in Cairo. The shop is incredibly clean, well-organized, and gives a very comfortable vibe from the moment you walk in.
The barbers here are simply amazing—professional, friendly, and truly skilled at what they do. A special thanks to Ibrahim, Amaar, and Yussef for their outstanding work. They pay attention to every detail and make sure you leave looking your absolute best.

This was honestly one of the best salon experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, they treated me like a true VIP. Everything felt personal, welcoming, and done with real care.
My barber Mahmoud went above and beyond for me. He didn’t just give me a clean and precise cut; he actually took the time to explain what was wrong with how my hair was cut before and showed me how to bring it back to life. He recommended products, gave honest advice, and made sure I left feeling confident. You can tell he really cares about his work and his clients.
Ayda was incredible as well. She handled my facial, nails, and spa treatments with so much kindness and patience. My face felt renewed after the facial, and when she cut my nails she was so gentle that I didn’t feel any pain at all. She made the whole experience relaxing and genuinely enjoyable.
Both Mahmoud and Ayda made me feel taken care of in a way that you don’t find often. I walked out feeling refreshed, appreciated, and looking my best. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone who wants amazing service and people who truly care.
