Worst experience ever at Sayed Latino Hair Salon! Avoid this place!
I went to get my hair styled in waves by Nour, and it was a disaster. He severely burnt and damaged my hair, and the waves went completely straight just 5 minutes after I left the salon. On top of that, the salon is extremely overpriced.
To make it worse, they completely ignored my privacy. I explicitly told their social media team NOT to post my video or mention a stylist because I was uncomfortable, but they did it anyway.
When I complained, their customer service was incredibly rude and unprofessional. They called me and said, “A refund is not an option, come in for a hair treatment.” Why would I trust them with my hair again after they burnt it?! When I told the girl I would not stay quiet about this, she literally told me, “What are you going to do about it?”
I am forcing them to take my video down and I demand a full refund immediately. Do not trust them with your hair or your money!
