تجربتي مع Scar Clinic ودكتور عمر لحد دلوقتي ممتازة جدًا. الدكتور عمر محترم ومتعاون جدًا، وبيشرح كل خطوة بالتفصيل وبيتابع الحالة باهتمام. لسه مكملين في العلاج ومفيش نتيجة نهائية لحد دلوقتي، لكن الحمد لله في تحسن واضح وفرق ملحوظ. كمان المكان نضيف جدًا والتعامل من كل الفريق مريح ومحترم. مبسوطة جدًا بالتجربة لحد الآن وإن شاء الله نوصل لأفضل نتيجة ❤️

Very disappointing experience. I paid for Botox treatment, but unfortunately, I got absolutely no results.

What made the experience even worse was the rude and unprofessional customer service, along with the constant delays and lack of commitment to appointment times. I submitted complaints and spoke with the doctor, but unfortunately, my concerns were not properly addressed and no real solution was provided.

Unfortunately, throughout my experience, I felt that the clinic was more concerned about taking the payment than actually caring about the patient, their concerns, or their results. My complaints were not handled properly, and I did not feel that anyone genuinely cared about resolving the issue.

Overall, a very disappointing experience. I expected much better professionalism, patient care, and respect.
