Schutz Specialized Hospital

This hospital is very bad, especially the intensive care unit. They don’t care about the patients. My father was left wearing diapers and with an external catheter for three days without any changes, and he developed diaper rash because of them. When he called out, no one answered, and he never saw the doctor responsible for his case. It was negligence, and the nurses were children who weren’t up to the task. The standard is truly low. We’ve been to many hospitals and intensive care units that were excellent and cared for the patients. This hospital is extremely, extremely, extremely, extremely bad.

The worst five days of my life, I swear to God. I was dying in the ICU at Shads Hospital. May God punish them! A heart patient sat in bed for five days saying his head hurt, and they kept saying, “The doctor is here, where is he?” After three days, the “Pasha” Ahmed Hassan appeared. He was supposed to be the ICU doctor who should have been receiving me after three days. I told him, “Doctor, I’m sick,” and he disappeared. After five days, I was discharged against medical advice without a single prescription. I swear to God, I didn’t take a single pill from them. May God punish them!

The best hospital, whether in terms of doctors, nurses, or staff. The service is excellent, and they are very attentive to patient comfort. Thank you to everyone who works there.
