The staff is highly professional and courteous; the nursing team is trained to the highest standards, demonstrating exceptional compassion and meticulous attention to detail for patient comfort. The clinics boast an outstanding team of leading consultants across various specialties.

Honestly, this is an experience I won’t repeat. I was accompanying my sister, and I suffered greatly from the nurses’ treatment, especially one who’s a bit overweight. My sister asked her for help getting up after surgery, and she told her to get up on her own. And that’s not even mentioning the looks she gave me. She didn’t even know how to give an injection, and the personal hygiene was a whole other story. Most of the nurses had a terrible body and breath odor, though not all of them. And of course, if I asked for anything, I had to wait at least 12 hours for them to fulfill it. On the first day, I asked for a pillow and a blanket, and they finally got them after a million requests and after I went to reception a million times. They have a problem finding veins; they even brought in an anesthesiologist to find one, and he couldn’t! 🤣 I contacted the doctor, and thank God he was very helpful; he brought a private nurse from his team. On the last day, I was surprised to find out I was being charged extra as an accompanying person. It was the first time I’d ever heard of such a thing. They charged me 4600 and considered me an accompanying person. I don’t understand what would happen if I didn’t have the budget. My sister just came. She’s doing it all by herself, with no one with her! I’ve been to hospitals all over the world, and their treatment of companions is excellent and free of charge. It’s really strange.

Of course, I contacted public relations and told them I was going to Google it and complain to them about more than what I mentioned. I’m a meticulous person and I like attention, and the hospital should be even more meticulous than I am, but…
unfortunately.

But there are two nurses, honestly, I thank them very much. They’re very skilled, and the hospital is lucky to have them. Nurse Yara and Nurse Zainab are very skilled, meticulous, and their treatment is exceptional, and the cleanliness is impeccable.
