The worst branch you could ever deal with.
Poor organization and management. The doctors didn’t know where the medications were, and after sending the approval, the medications weren’t there. They kept me waiting for an hour, and in the end, they told me they weren’t there and to come back another time.

I was at Dolphin Mall and went into the pharmacy to buy medicine. There were few customers there, but what truly surprised and upset me was the sheer gloom and boredom of the two young pharmacists present, and consequently, their way of dealing with customers. Even if it’s a chain, it’s appalling how little management cares about the quality of those they choose to represent such a large brand and be its face!
If it’s absolutely necessary, and all the available products are defective, then at the very least, they should dispense antidepressants and mood boosters to every pharmacist at the beginning of each shift, making their use mandatory. 🙈
