Doctors do not understand anything, their behavior is bad, they dispense wrong medications, they are cold, they mock clients and make them captive. This Dr. Abu Naddara speaks with bullying.
From personal experience, I don’t recommend dealing with Seif Pharmacies, especially the Downtown Katameya branch.
Due to poor customer service and a lack of response from management, even when contacting the call center, the complaint wasn’t handled properly.
Unfortunately, this bad experience was repeated in more than one branch (including Downtown Katameya and the Seven Stars Mall branch).
The unprofessional treatment and mockery from some doctors, instead of offering help, along with a complete absence of serious intervention from branch management.
It’s clear that there’s a greater focus on achieving targets than on the quality of patient care. This was evident in the behavior of a doctor, supposedly the manager of the Downtown branch, who, after numerous interactions, proved completely unnecessary. Her sole concern was meeting targets, and she would turn the tables to make people feel wrong. Honestly, I’ve never seen a worse attitude from doctors who are supposed to be respectable. There was mockery and unprofessional, unethical treatment, which is unacceptable. This situation requires a serious review of the service level. A profession like this should involve professional commitment and respect for the patient. The call center staff are rude and hang up on customers; it’s clear they’re all disrespectful and rude.
