Worst experience ever! Worst customer service and after sale..

I asked for an air fryer model, the agent said not available in stock, when i asked again 15 min later another agent told me its available
Then I received faulty air fryer, and wanted to Return it and the store refused in the beginning, I also explained that i took 1.5 hours trip by uber to come back and return it and they wanted me to come again in the morning after checking with the manufacturer
when i said i speak to consumer protection they only changed the faulty door
They kept us waiting for 1 hour, even though as per the consumer protection i have thr right to exchange
Not recommended, bad service
