Unfortunately, it was a very, very bad and awful experience. The staff treated me with extreme disrespect, raising their voices and mocking me. I never expected such poor treatment, and I’ve never experienced anything like it in Cairo. They quoted me an exorbitant price; just hearing my accent doubled the price (at reception). I overheard a conversation and the team raising their voices at me, but they didn’t intervene. I tried to calm things down because I was in a hurry and needed the service as quickly as possible. Today, I washed my hair, and it’s completely burnt, like plastic, and torn. The person who did it charged me a huge amount for not damaging my hair, claiming they applied treatments, but it was all untrue. I now say, “May God hold them accountable” for this terrible result, and God Almighty will surely give me justice.

This is the last time I will ever deal with them. This is my first and last experience.
