One of my worst experiences. If you think that paying a high price guarantees good service, unfortunately, that is definitely not the case here.

Be prepared to have your entire day wasted even if you have an appointment. The customer service is extremely disappointing, and it feels like customer feedback is not genuinely taken into consideration. They may call you to validate your complaint, but then you never hear back from them again.

The staff at the reception/counter are also not friendly and seem to have very little understanding of proper customer handling. It often feels like the priority is simply to avoid creating a scene in the clinic and protect the brand’s reputation, rather than actually addressing the patient’s concerns.

On top of that, each branch seems to operate differently, with inconsistent systems and procedures, which makes the overall experience even more frustrating.

Such a shame for a brand of this reputation to provide patients with an experience like this. I genuinely expected much better.

Punctuality was excellent. The reception team (Ms. Nada and Ms. Sama) were highly efficient in guiding patients and scheduling appointments. Patient care was exceptional, and the staff were courteous and professional. Special thanks to Dr. Mohamed Khattab for his patience and high level of expertise in dealing with me.

This is my honest review , the clinic is so clean and the Drs are so professional . I came and entered on time and everything was so smooth
