I’ve had a very pleasant experience staying at Silver Springs Compound in New Cairo. The compound is very well organized, clean, and peaceful, which makes it a comfortable place to live. The greenery and landscaping create a relaxing atmosphere, and the overall environment feels safe and well maintained.

The location is also very convenient, especially for anyone living or working in New Cairo. Everything you need is close by, and the compound itself offers a calm escape from the busy city.

Overall, it’s a great place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed compound in Cairo.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Silver Spring Compound. The compound is extremely safe, peaceful, and well-maintained, which makes it a perfect place to live or stay. The environment is very quiet and comfortable, and you truly feel secure at all times.
The check-in and check-out process was incredibly smooth and easy, which made everything stress-free from the beginning until the end. The services provided are excellent and very well organized everything you need is available and handled professionally.
I would especially like to highlight Hazim, the building supervisor. He is absolutely amazing very supportive, helpful, and professional. He always responds quickly and makes sure we have everything we need. His positive attitude and constant support truly make a difference and add so much value to the experience.
Overall, I highly recommend Silver Spring Compound to anyone looking for a safe, quiet, and well-managed place with outstanding service.

Shortly after booking, I was informed the apartment needed to be changed due to “maintenance.” When I expressed concern and asked for written confirmation that the booked unit would meet the same criteria, I was told in writing that “the room criteria will be the same.”

Six days before check-in, I was contacted outside of Airbnb (via WhatsApp) regarding changing floors. During that conversation, the explanation changed. It was no longer described as maintenance, but rather that another long-term guest’s belongings were in the apartment and moving them would be inconvenient.

This contradiction raised serious concerns about whether the originally booked unit was actually available. Being contacted off-platform about reservation changes and receiving inconsistent explanations so close to arrival created instability and uncertainty.

Due to the handling of the situation, I did not feel comfortable proceeding with the stay. I recommend future guests confirm in writing that the exact unit they book will be honored and ensure all communication remains on the Airbnb platform.
