Exceptional! Amazing Egyptian food, incredible staff and great atmosphere. Everything was extraordinary. We will definitely be back to staying to the St Regis and dine in this restaurant. Special thanks to Moustafa and Ahmed for their kindness and explanation to amazing Egyptian dishes. I’d recommend to come here anytime! Thank you again guys, you made my sister’s birthday extra special !!

Exceptional Egyptian food by far the best I had in egypt. This spot is really underrated and is such hidden gem.
Everything we had was soo good and the staff are more than excellent. Eslam Ragab was our waiter and even though we were sat at the furthest table he was always there and always there when we needed him and kept checking on us.
The view of the nile is amazing. The sound of the water fountain and honking horns with the view of the nile is so ‘Egypt’.
Bet to dine here in when the weather is good as the tables with the best views are fully out door.

This will sound crazy coming from me because I love the road less travelled but Sirocco in the St Regis Cairo is incredible. Its grammas cooking in the most cool setting. Grab a cabana table and great until you drop. I suggest you simply let the chef feed you. We had a gf dairy free peep and they too were fed until they exploded!
Service is perfect. Views of the Nile. This is a must.

Very delicious grilled meats and oriental menu however portions are that big.
