This is my first time renting a car for a trip here. I was a little worried at first, but Maya, the staff member, was extremely patient. She helped me locate the rental shop and carefully explained all the details. It was a really pleasant experience😀.

I had a very disappointing experience dealing with Mohamed Sayed at Sixt. Unfortunately, I found his communication and overall way of dealing with customers to be extremely unprofessional, both in the information he provided and in the way he communicated and handled the situation.
His manner of dealing with me was the main reason I decided to cancel my booking, even though I knew I would still be charged cancellation fees. The experience was simply not professional enough for me to feel comfortable proceeding with the booking.
Overall, this experience has left such a negative impression that I would not book with Sixt again. Customer service and the way customers are treated matter just as much as the service itself, and unfortunately, this experience fell far short of my expectations.
