Sizzler (Mall of Egypt)

Very disappointing experience. The place was extremely crowded and chaotic, with very poor organization. We were waiting in the designated waiting area when a cleaner started sweeping above us, and dust and dirt fell directly on us.

What made it worse was that nobody even came over to apologize or address what happened. We eventually left and went to another restaurant, where they at least had the courtesy to apologize for the situation.

For a place that is supposed to provide a decent dining experience, this level of disorganization and lack of basic customer care is unacceptable.

Truly deserves five stars.
Everything is perfect, from the taste to the service to the atmosphere.
The cordon bleu is amazing, and the fajitas are incredible.
But the best thing is the steak.
The service is very professional.
