Extremely bad service and a terrible experience… We went to the Mall of Arabia branch, a group of us, and placed a large order for a reasonable amount, but we didn’t eat most of it. The main dishes were all intact, and we asked to take them away with a few other things… After we got home, I was shocked to find that all we received was rice, even the mashed potatoes were without their sauce, and the main dishes were completely missing, along with other items. I contacted customer service, and they said they would get in touch, but there has been no response for three weeks now.
Very bad customer service!!!!
No response on emails – they said they would call me – but they never called. They told me to send them my number to understand my complaint, I sent it, but I never received a call from them. They’re just pretending to be support!!!
