I love this brand of shoes and was specifically looking for them. I really liked the store and recommend it. The staff is very attentive, and I left with a purchase.

extremely disappointing.
I purchased a pair during the Black Friday sale. After very light use and within only two months, the upper part tore — unacceptable at this price level.
I had to visit the branch three times to resolve the issue. Instead of a professional solution, I faced delays and a clear lack of proper customer service. The same model was unavailable, and I was asked to pay a significant price difference despite the defect not being caused by misuse.
Eventually, EGP 4,849 was deducted from my credit card during the exchange process, and I was not provided with an official receipt at that time, which is very concerning.
When I contacted Skechers USA, I was informed that they are not responsible for the Middle East operations and directed me elsewhere.
This situation could have been handled fairly and professionally. Unfortunately, it has seriously affected my trust in the brand.
