The place is very chaotic and poorly organized. It’s quite small and definitely cannot handle this large number of visitors. The overcrowding seriously affects the overall experience, and there doesn’t seem to be any proper management or control over capacity. It really needs better organization and a clear limit on the number of visitors to be enjoyable. Furthermore 2 kids were injured during our visit. Worth mentioning that our visit was during weekdays and it was not a public holiday

I love snowboarding with a huge passion but equally hate this place. I feel unwelcome, unsafe, and punished for caring about the quality and safety of the environment.

My Journey & Core Conflict:
I came to Ski Egypt in early 2022 and fell in love with snowboarding. As a dedicated weekly member for four years, my passion for the sport grew in direct inverse proportion to my experience with this venue. I have reached the painful point where I no longer feel safe after my third injury as a result of operational neglect
Below is an organized account of the systemic failures that led here, supported by specific, documented incidents.

I have taken every precaution to avoid all of those inconvenient operational standards, I have reached a point of coming to the slope fully clothed even wear my boots in the parking outside , leave my bag and personal belongings in my car so nothing is stolen form me again.

The place is great!
Yet it needs much better organization, many times you don’t get the help needed, and sometimes you get false information.
Also the idea of having to keep many receipts is a bad idea.
