Unjustified delays at every step and a superficial, unclear evaluation. I hesitated a lot, but the experience was truly awful.
The specialist didn’t introduce herself and spoke to me in the reception area amidst other parents.
The evaluation was delayed and only reached me after I requested it twice from the director, even though it was paid for. It wasn’t even accompanied by the action plan… which I had to ask about again.
