We stayed at the property for two days and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Its close proximity to the sea provided us with an excellent view, which greatly enhanced our experience. The apartment itself was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable.

However, we did notice that the stairwell and elevator could benefit from improved maintenance. That said, the staff were attentive, professional, and very service-minded throughout our stay.

The location is also superb, with a variety of excellent dining options available within walking distance. Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Warning: Completely Unprofessional and Disrespectful Experience – Avoid at All Costs

This was by far one of the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had.

I rented a seaside apartment in Alexandria that looked nice on the surface — clean furniture and a good view — but don’t be fooled. The air conditioning was broken in one of the rooms, and despite contacting Mr. Emad multiple times, no action was taken at all.

Shockingly, the repair only happened during check-out, and I was left supervising the workers myself while the building manager just walked off. My family was still inside the apartment, surrounded by noise and strangers doing maintenance — as if our comfort and privacy meant nothing.

Thinking it couldn’t get worse, I was moved to another apartment — but the AC there was broken too. When I reached out again, I was told, “There’s nothing I can do, the whole system is down.” No solution. No apology. No compensation.

And to top it all off — after everything I went through — I was threatened with an extra charge. Yes, after offering zero service, they still had the audacity to demand more money.

This wasn’t just bad service. It was blatant disrespect, zero accountability, and a complete failure in guest care.

Do not rent from them. You will regret it.

It was a wonderful stay at this place. The staff is very helpful. It is close to everything, restaurants and the city center. Many thanks to the entire staff for this hospitality.
