The consultation is the most global in the world, so I can talk to you about your health. At the end of the session, I have a simple request to the hospital to send a message to the court to write to the user and take into account the additional complications. I was surprised by this request and I asked for something that I compiled with this message. I wanted to explain what I had to say about the training in order to understand what I had to do before the consultation.
I have a reformuled request from the secretariat, which does not respond to this problem. Pourtant, a fois renté chez moi, lorsque j’ai contacté le cabinet to obtenir ce résumé, j’ai recçu seul réponse que mon message serait à la direction.
I regret this facial complexion man with a simple, simple request. I don’t understand why it wasn’t possible to send a few lines of explanation by message so I could translate them into my language. This situation disappointed me and makes me hesitant to keep my next appointment.

I visited the clinic because of shoulder pain. Since I don’t speak Arabic fluently, I had difficulty understanding all the explanations given to me during the session.

Overall, the session went well, although I still have shoulder pain. At the end of the session, I asked the specialist to send me a short message summarizing what was explained so I could translate it and better understand the explanations. She seemed surprised by my request and asked why I needed this message. I explained that my only goal was to translate it and understand what was said to me during the session.

After that, I asked the secretary again, who told me there was no problem. But when I contacted the clinic later to get the summary, the only response was that my message would be forwarded to management.

I’m disappointed by the lack of understanding of this simple request. I don’t understand why they couldn’t have sent a few lines of explanation so I could translate it into my language. This experience has made me hesitant about keeping my next appointment.

The clinic is really, really great…and Dr. Maggie truly cares a lot about her patients…a decision I haven’t regretted and never will.
