A respectable center and Dr. Sameh is the epitome of respect.

I went with my daughter at 11 PM. The center was generally well-equipped and furnished. The reception was good, and the system was good. The problem is that, with all due respect, none of the nurses seem to understand that this is a medical facility and that they should be maintaining sterilization. No one was wearing medical gloves to administer injections or IV fluids. No nurses were wearing masks, whether out of concern for themselves or the patients, who are children. If you look at the details of the emergency room where IVs are administered, it’s a tragedy, unfortunately, in terms of cleanliness. It’s like being in a government hospital in terms of hygiene and sterilization. With all due respect to the medical staff, this is unfortunately the worst of these places.

However, thankfully, from a medical standpoint, the doctor and nurses were good, but nothing is perfect. I hope they improve.
