Rude and unprofessional workers

Samah did great job doing the hair, but the other services I did with the other worker were horrible and she was blaming her bad service on me! The service and cleanliness standard overall is not what I expected in Madinaty.
Other good things are: it is a female only and they try their best to make customers happy and chat with them. I hope they improve their services one day.
