It used to be very good. Now, it’s mixed with the smoking area making it headache to the non-smoker. The drinks are not worth the price, even though it has a nice cup. The boba has no brown sugar, so the taste of boba are blend and sour even though i ordered soo tea bubble coffee. Definitely not coming back. However the staff is good. Missing the old Good Sootea 😭

The place may look nice on the surface, but unfortunately it lacks professionalism.
When we asked for the menu, we were told to use the QR code. We did so, checked everything, and placed our order. However, when it was time to pay, we were told that the menu we saw was outdated and that the prices had changed.
Is that even acceptable?!
What if someone didn’t have extra money with them — what would they have done?
Honestly, this experience really changed my impression of the place, and it will definitely be my last visit.

Nice place with a good atmosphere. Drinks and desserts were good, and staff were polite.
The only issue was the 150 EGP minimum charge, which is not common in Alexandria and wasn’t mentioned before sitting. As far as I know, this kind of policy is not legal, which made the experience a bit uncomfortable.
Overall, a good place, but this should be clearly communicated to customers.
