This is by far the best Spa among all my hotel spa visits in Egypt, the spa offers exceptional service, and immaculate facilities.
I went with my husband for couples massage and it was a remarkable experience.
Starting from Spa director Ms. Engy who in person cared to ensure that guest feedback is valued and that the spa’s environment remains a true sanctuary, she made every visitor feels like a VIP.
The Professional staff Ms. Sandy and Ms. Samar were welcoming, and provided a seamless, unhurried check-in process complete with warm hospitality.
The Thai ladies who were our masseuses are highly skilled, intuitive, and attentive to specific problem areas. Delivered a perfectly tailored massage that left us feeling completely rejuvenated.
We will definitely come back again.

This was by far the worst spa experience I’ve had. The facilities are very poor, with no jacuzzi or indoor pool available. On top of that, the services are extremely overpriced for the quality you receive, especially compared to other hotels.

The Spa itself is a very nice facility. Unfortunately the lady at the front desk ruined the experience for me. I walked in and gave her my room number, at this point I was only speaking English as Arabic is my second language. She proceeded to call her colleague (speaking all in Arabic) to confirm I was a guest at the hotel. No problem I understand they do that for security. After I changed and got ready to head into the steam room they call me outside in my bath robe and she told me the room number and name I gave her was invalid!!? First off to gain access anywhere in this hotel you need a key, secondly do you think I would travel half way across the world to sneak into a steam room. It makes me furious thinking about that again. Don’t think I will be coming back here again, do your self a favor and visit a different spa with more a welcoming reception
