A terrible experience.
The owner was awful.
The overall environment didn’t feel like a “spa” at all. The place was filthy—the bathroom drain was overflowing, there was only one steam machine on and it was being passed around between customers, it was cold with not enough heaters, and the showers were freezing. The only good thing was the female massage therapists, but I still wouldn’t recommend it.
