This center is terrible, they don’t know anything. I called the Miami branch to ask about eyebrow tinting, and they told me the machine was at Rushdi. I called Rushdi, and they said yes, it’s available. I booked several appointments and went to the clinic, and the doctor told me, “I don’t do this service. You can go to Dr. Amr.” After I asked if he does it, they said he does. Then the person booking the appointments told me, “Dr. Amr doesn’t do this service. It’s dangerous! What do you mean, dangerous? I’ve been getting it done outside of Egypt for five years!” Then she said, “We’re sorry.” But I’ve been calling you for two weeks, why didn’t you tell me they don’t do it? She said it’s the call center. It’s a complete joke.

There’s no clear system in place. I waited for over two hours to get in, and there were a huge number of pharmacists going in before me. The patient’s time is supposed to be just as important as theirs. 🤷🏻♀️
