Dr. Sayed El-Shafei doesn’t use ultrasound. The nurse told me he doesn’t like ultrasounds, he speaks very little, and his examination is poor. The nurse told me I need to go back for another examination if I want an ultrasound. He literally only said a couple of words, and every time I asked him about the causes or diagnosis, he just said I’d get better with medication! Even a new doctor wouldn’t say that! He was on a phone call, didn’t care about the case, didn’t ask about any symptoms I was experiencing, and seemed very rushed! Honestly, the consultation fee was ridiculous, and I’ll have to go back to a different doctor just to get an ultrasound. What kind of negligence is this?!

One of the worst hospitals, if not the absolute worst. The care is poor, and they don’t understand anything. All they care about is taking your money, even if it makes you suffer more. May God suffice us, and He is the best disposer of affairs.
