They refuse to return the items and keep making excuses. I’m going to report them to customer service.

The Mall of Arabia branch is the worst branch and has the worst branch manager. They took my money and didn’t give me anything back. My advice is not to buy from this store; all the products are defective.

Splash clothing store is an excellent place, with a wide selection to suit all ages and tastes. The quality of the materials is very good considering the reasonable prices, which are affordable for everyone. It’s a comfortable shopping experience, and I highly recommend it.

The merchandise is of very poor quality; the colors bleed on some products, and some items shrink. Worst of all is the customer service; if there’s a problem, no one is trained or knows how to handle it, and it’s completely unprofessional.
