Comfortable accommodation. Nice view on Giza’s plate with amazing view over the pyramids. Staff is very kind and their sense of service is very high. Great spot for exploring Western Cairo.

We stayed 2 nights at Stay Inn Pyramids Hotel. Overall, it was okay for our Egypt round trip and, compared with other places we stayed at, we were satisfied.
There is some room for improvement: the room layout is impractical (the wardrobe is partly blocked by the desk, so it’s hard to access). The TV didn’t work at all (neither channels nor smart features). The air conditioner is extremely loud even on the lowest fan speed. On top of that, it was noisy throughout the entire night from outside, and the room was quite bright because the street lighting stays on all night. Cleanliness could also be improved. One thing I really disliked was that the towels were hung directly above the toilet, which felt very unhygienic. Bedside tables and small bedside lamps would also be a great addition.
On the positive side, the staff were very friendly, the breakfast was good, and the rooftop terrace is excellent—amazing views of the pyramids, with food and drinks available to order. On cooler evenings, they also had heaters.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights during our current trip to Egypt. The rooms are good ,their WiFi service is very good there is no interception and the speed is also good. Their services are good and staff is friendly. The location of the hotel is not that good and food is like okay

Masry and Ahmed Tamer the waiters were utterly brilliant. Funny, kind and efficient and remembered us from our brief visit the week previously. All the hotel staff were courteous and friendly, the view from the rooftop is wonderful. Would highly recommend

Very nice hotel! The staff were amazing — extremely polite, always smiling, and ready to help with anything we needed. The rooms were big and comfortable, and the breakfast had everything you could ask for! The only thing that could be improved a bit is the room cleaning, but overall we were very happy with our stay!
