This is an amazing hotel.
First time guest and selected the hotel based on reviews and my experience exceeded my expectations.
The location, cleanliness, amenities, etc. are all excellent. However what is truly amazing is the staff. From Youssef at the front desk, to Farida the guest relations manager to Christine, the restaurant manager, they all truly give the cliche guest relations excellence, an inspiring feel.
I strongly recommend this hotel and will always use it whenever I visit Cairo , which is 2-3 times per year.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Cairo. The room was well-equipped, with a desk, an ironing board, and a tea-making set.
The bed was very comfortable.
The room was spotless and very clean. The staff were friendly, kind, and always helpful. Breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of options.
The hotel clearly takes guest safety very seriously, which made me feel at ease during my stay. There is also a wonderful relaxation area with a swimming pool.
The location is excellent—very close to Tahrir Square, making it a perfect place to stay.

Amazing hotel experience! The room was very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The service was excellent from the beginning until the end of our stay. The staff was very professional, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Everything was spotless and the atmosphere was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back!

We are currently staying at the Steinenberger and have found everything to be great. The food at breakfast and dinner has been varied, plentiful and delicious. Good wine list and delicious cocktails. The staff including the security guards, cleaning staff and the people working in the restaurant are all friendly and welcoming. The rooms are a good size and the beds are comfortable. It is located in downtown Cairo close to the old museum. Can highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The rooms are clean and cosy. Room service is very polite and attentive. There is an outdoor pool with warm water that my kids enjoyed very much. The buffet in the mornings is very good: any kind of food that you would think of, fresh fruit and juices, everything high-quality and nourishing for the rest of the day. The staff is very kind and attentive, always asking about what else they can do for you. And the location of the hotel is very convenient, right near the main square and some sightseeing places, the metro station is also nearby.
