Anyone who wants their money and life’s hard work wasted should deal with Al Safwa SUD Company. This is one of the worst companies imaginable; they don’t honor contracts or agreements, and they have no word or commitment. Their only concern is their own profit, even at the expense of the owners. The compound has cracked walls and is in a terrible state. After people moved in and settled down, they started illegally adding extra floors. They don’t care if the buildings collapse or if the people are harmed; all that matters to them is making money out of thin air. May God hold them accountable. God is the avenger.

If you’re at work and you get a phone call from your family screaming and yelling that the developer has let over 40 thugs into the High City compound with direct permission from the site security manager, and that they’re entering unofficially and jumping over the wall of an unfinished gate so they can’t be checked for IDs or other identification, and then they’re going to crash into the compound, then congratulations, Al Safwa is your first choice. And one more thing, before you get fooled by a positive review, check how many reviews the person who wrote that review has written for this company’s projects only. Who is this person who’s going around the country buying projects from Al Safwa only? Do your research before you get involved and use your common sense.

They’re scammers, don’t buy from them. All their projects are delayed. They change the final contracts from the initial ones. Just so you know, when you’ve finished your installments and gone to collect the final contract, they’ll rip you off and change many clauses from the initial agreement. What they did to the residents of High City Compound was inhumane and illegal. They circumvented the law after 70% of the compound was occupied. They’re building an extension, demolishing and destroying buildings on top of people, which violates the contracts between them and the owners. They deployed thugs to intimidate the residents and force them into submission. They withdrew the security company to let in 100 thugs to vandalize and verbally abuse the residents, especially the women. This company has no honor; they’re just money-grubbing dogs, even if it means sacrificing their reputation and the customers who sold to them. Beware, beware of buying from them, even if they appear angelic. The moment you sign with them, they’ll ruin you.
