SUNRISE Alex Avenue Hotel

We had a wonderful stay at Sunrise Alex Avenue. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The facilities were great, and we really enjoyed the atmosphere throughout our stay.

A special thank you to the amazing animation team! They were energetic, kind, and made every day so much more fun with their activities and positive attitude. They worked hard to keep both adults and children entertained, and their enthusiasm really made our vacation memorable.

Thank you to everyone at Sunrise Alex Avenue for a fantastic experience. We would be happy to visit again!

Advantages:
The hotel was cool and luxurious🙂. The staff were helpful😌. The rooms were nice, and our room was next to the beach, because this resort had a bridge for connecting to the beach😃.

Disadvantages:
They booked our room on the third floor, and the staff quietly changed our room to the ground floor. It was unexpected😐. The beach is dirty with plastic bags on it 😳😳😳. Because of that, my son and my daughter got stung by a jellyfish😭😭😭.

In Conclusion, the stay was amazing 🤩 and the beach was wonderful, but that doesn’t mean it’s HORRIBLE, their restaurant has amazing food and amazing light with cool sunset and views of the beach. Plus, they also had shops?!😍😍I’d recommend you to stay here, IF you want to☺️.

The hotel offers a very peaceful atmosphere, excellent rooms with beautiful views, and exceptionally fast service. The cleanliness of the beach and swimming pools is maintained to a very high standard, and any issue is addressed quickly and efficiently. I was also impressed by the daily follow-up from the Quality Team to ensure guest satisfaction regarding room cleanliness and food quality.

Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. It was a fantastic experience, and I will definitely return again in the future.
