The best sushi in Egypt! I went to the Zayed branch. Go there and ask for Ziad; he was very helpful and kind. My favorite piece was the Golden Cream.

Sushimi is a popular restaurant; seven of us friends met up for dinner and enjoyed a lengthy tasting of the restaurant’s dishes, during which the high quality of the ingredients and the professionalism of the cooking were clearly evident. As far as I know, there are few Japanese restaurants of this standard in Cairo. It is therefore highly recommended if you’re looking for a Japanese restaurant, both for its variety and its quality.

Tom Yum soup creamy : 7.5/10
Dynamite shrimp : the shrimp quality is high also the frying but the sauce is too average which i wont recommend.. therefore 6/10
Shrimp gyoza: 8/10
Chicken noodles : 8/10
All nigiri were fresh 8/10
All Makki were good 9/10
Salmon Carpaccio 9/10
Service 10/10
Welcoming 10/10

Loved the food, specially the salmon carpaccio was super unique, I’ve never had anything like it before.
The sushi was so fresh & honestly, it might be the best sushi in Egypt. Just keep in mind, it’s a bit pricey, but totally worth it!
