I applied for a job, and one of the HR team members, named Hakem, called me for a phone interview. He informed me that I passed the first interview and that the second interview would be on the same day.
I arrived on time, but the security guard ( old man) on the 11th floor behaved very poorly. He gave my turn number to another candidate to go before me.
I waited for over an hour. During this time, I tried to contact the recruiter, but he barely responded. Eventually, I left the building and sent him a message asking to cancel any further cooperation with the company.
After I left—one hour and thirteen minutes later—he suddenly messaged me, asking me to hurry back for the interview.
The issue was not only the wasted time. I noticed employees openly insulting their supervisors and managers. I also saw employees crying in the corridors and elevators.
Based on what I experienced and observed this place felt like a nightmare.
