I would like to write about some of the things that impressed me very much when I was house hunting.
1) He was never late for an appointment.
2) He only showed me properties from good landlords.
3) He is a good mediator between his clients and landlords.
4) continues to deal with small problems after the contract is signed
5) they are responsible for sending a house cleaner. The cleaning fee is reasonable.
