Very bad experience, the food came late
The staff are not professional and they forgot many things we ordered
I have tried it in many branches and it was so good but this branch is sooo bad

I recently visited this restaurant, and overall, the experience was somewhat disappointing. While the food was decent, the cleanliness and quality of the furniture were well below expectations, especially considering the higher price point. The furniture looked worn out, and the cleanliness left much to be desired. These issues might have been acceptable in a budget-friendly place, but for a pricier restaurant, it’s simply not up to standard.
I ordered five sandwiches (two liver, two shrimp, and one brain), along with a side of fries. The sandwiches tasted good, but the prices felt high, with the bill totaling around 650 EGP. The staff was generally polite, though their service didn’t stand out as exceptional.
Overall, this restaurant might be considered “acceptable” at best, but I expected a higher standard given the price. A place charging this much should ensure everything – from cleanliness to ambiance – meets a higher level of quality.

The food was delicious and fresh. The only negative comments is that I found piece of hair and metal on the bread. The bread has a different taste a s if it has a cheese spreaded on top of it prior to being baked. I advised the management that more attention should be paid to the bakery section of the restaurant. I have taken photos of the hair and iron found but decided not to share it.

One of my fav sea food restaurants. Have a variety of dishes and all is so yummy 😋 i just have a concern that the place is always crowd and its not that good specially during Covid-19 pandemic. Also, you can pay in cash or credit. But you will face an issue parking your car. PS: i love maadi branch more
