It’s a respectable place, they answer the phone promptly and are helpful, and the doctors are very good. I went to Dr. Mohamed Helal, and he’s excellent.

Honestly, it was a completely unsatisfactory experience. From the reception to the way they treated me, the appointments were completely unreliable. They have a strange system. For example, if I wanted to book an appointment when I was coming home from work at 5:00 and the doctor’s appointment was at 7:00, they wouldn’t book me at 5:00 and would tell me to come at 6:45. When I asked why, she said it was the hospital’s instructions, so if the doctor’s appointment was at 7:00, I should come at 8:00 or 8:30. Frankly, I wouldn’t recommend anyone deal with Tabarak. The treatment was unsatisfactory, not to mention the way they spoke to me. This is just my personal opinion. The branch is in the 6th District of October City, near the beginning of Street 109.
