This hotel has an issue with cleanliness, the canalization (terrible smells in the bathroom), and an overall dilapidated building structure and furniture. Beyond that, they do try to make the best of it – the breakfast room is really nice with its view of Tahrir Square.
If there are no other alternatives, you can risk staying there as long as you know what you are getting into.
