Don’t buy any filters from them, they’re terrible, they break down quickly, and nobody follows up with you.

The cartridge is always out of stock also it doesn’t last for a month , very expensive compared to the other products

The worst company I’ve ever dealt with. They told me the filter would arrive in three days, but I waited ten days. Five days later, the technician came, installed it, and left. He was even leaking water from the filter through the hose. I filed a complaint, and then the technician came back to fix it. Tank is a terrible company, both in terms of technicians and customer service.

I bought from their official website, and the delivery person told me he’d be back the next day between 9 and 12, so I postponed my appointments.
I called him at 11:30 to check on him, and he said he’d be back after 4!
I kept waiting and calling him, but he didn’t answer. Finally, at 6, he sent me a message saying the delivery person had been in an accident!
Utter unprofessionalism.
