If i could give this place 0 stars I wouldn’t hesitate. Went there for a hair treatment .the hairstylist was bragging about how its so healthy for my hair and its gonna last forever and its not gonna damage my hair. Now after 2 months with the treatment my hair is so damaged and its falling crazy and i have a lot of breakages. Deff not worth the money and not worth going back to that place. Save your money its not worth the hype.

I’m writing on behalf of my friend, who suffers from alopecia and relies on wigs. She had been a regular customer at this salon, but her most recent visit was devastating. She entrusted them with a high-quality wig she purchased from the U.S. in July, which was in flawless condition. During the appointment, they burned the lace in six places, and when she asked for accountability—either to replace the wig or cover the damage—the owner, Tarek, flatly refused. Instead, he mocked her for mentioning that the wig was from America and said, “You want me to pay for your wig? Why would I pay you?”
Worse still, she had made it clear that she did not want the lace changed, yet they replaced it without consent and stitched on a visible white-threaded lace that ruined the natural look she had invested in. She spent five hours at the salon, from 3pm to 8pm, in tears, emotionally exhausted, and left humiliated with a visibly damaged wig and no apology, no accountability, and no compassion. For anyone considering this salon—especially those with sensitive conditions like alopecia—please know they showed zero professionalism, respect, or empathy

Went there for a layered haircut and curtain bangs and showed the hairdresser (woman) a few references. The curtain bangs aren’t even bangs at this point even after i straightened them since they’re just square fringes. In addition to that, she didnt even bother to check if they’re even. I’m so upset to the point of not wanting to check what the rest of my hair is like. I’m sure any hair salon nearby would’ve done a better job or even had more decency to do their job.
