A terrible place. The staff is unqualified, extremely rude, and unprofessional.
The worst place I’ve been to in Alexandria. The waiters are young and have no concept of respect.

I highly recommend it. The seating areas are directly on the sea from two sides, which is very relaxing. The service is excellent, and everyone is very cheerful. Take the waiter’s advice: the fajitas are excellent, and the cream of mushroom and chicken soup is fantastic. The cleanliness is also excellent.

The owner is definitely asleep at the wheel after all the negative comments about this service, and it’s still very bad. I was asking the waiter, while ordering pomegranate juice, if it’s squeezed or blended, and before I could even finish the sentence, he interrupted me loudly, saying there’s no pomegranate. He didn’t even say sorry or “unfortunately, no.” I asked him twice to send someone to clean the table where chocolate and juice were spilled and stuck together. And that’s not all! As soon as I entered, even though the cafe was empty, every time I tried to sit down, he told me it was reserved!
