I have been taking my kids here for some years now. For the last year or so it’s clear that it’s changed. The service is declining at a slow and steady pace.
At first I liked the programs and what the kids were learning. It has since become a cash grab.
I’m always weary of a school or any educational ground that excludes parents- surely parent involvement should be minimal but excluding parents on what their kids are doing/learning is not how you foster educational grounds. It’s extremely important for parents to know what their kids learn. When it comes to children the guardian is whom the business must communicate with in regards to decisions. The teachers acting annoyed at parents is rude and unprofessional.
Upon signing up to classes there is no introductory brochure, welcome package nothing. There is no understanding for parents how and what the scheduled process will be to avoid wasting time. Hopefully they can improve in this aspect and schedule themselves properly for a better parent/business relationship.

I absolutely love this place for kids. For children interested in the type of activities they offer it’s really great. The classes seem structured, information and enjoyable.
I just wish kids had a place where they can be kids and not advertising tools.
My only negative review stems from the lack of care they employ to date in guarding children’s privacy. Sadly in Egypt many businesses that deal with minor children see no problem in posting children on their social media without properly asking parents before hand not after posting minor children online. The staff doesn’t seem trained against taking pictures without consent that meets the law regarding this. I don’t think it’s intentional and I believe they will improve on this matter as time goes on. The people seem kind hearted not mean spirited.
Overall I recommend this place for kids interested in block/programming.

Honestly, I don’t know what to say about you… Liars? Half-baked? Inexperienced? What exactly is it? We go to this place thinking it’s a Lego and robotics festival, pay 100 pounds for two hours, and then find them sitting the kids in front of a computer for an hour and a half without parental permission. There’s no Lego or anything they advertise, and they send the parents away, leaving the kids alone inside. We have no idea what’s going on, and then they finish before the two hours are up. My son tells me the computer shows naked girls and inappropriate anime, and I don’t want to use foul language. What exactly are you, and who authorized this place? I wish anyone who takes their kids there would check what’s happening, and anyone who wants to take them would check first. I won’t stay silent.
